UNIQUE HOSE REELS

Advantage of using UNIQUE REELS:

  • Hose handling more efficient and safer.
  • Winded Hoses, cables and cords last up to ten times longer.
  • Improves hose management, which decreases labor costs.
  • Increase level of safety; chances of injuries from tripping hazards will decrease.
  • Saves lost work time and space in collecting the hose and containing it.

Features:

  • Built to withstand extreme environments.
  • Lighter weight and higher structure strength.
  • Drum lock prevents spool from turning when not in use preventing unwanted pay out of hose.
  • Optional: Motor mount pivot assembly designed for inverted hose Reels, "for easy chain adjustment (2 bolts) two pivot travel distance, brass hinge shaft".

SERIES R2 FEATURES
FOR  1/2" to 1" ID. HOSE

Outlet: 1/2" to 1" standard male / female NPT gooseneck threads.
Inlet: 1/2" up to 1 " Female/Male NPT 90° Swivel Joint.
Rewind: Auxiliary Bevel gear-crank rewind, chain or gear driven powered by A.C. or D.C.
Explosion or Non-explosion proof electric motor, pneumatic air motor, or Hydraulic motor.
Frame: Welded steel frame providing exceptional durability.
Custom frames are easily accommodated, per specification.
Spool: Heavy gauge steel and rolled head edges for added strength and safety.
Bearings: Self-lubricating and self-aligning bearings requires little maintenance.
Pressure: 1000 p.s.i. standard for cast aluminium fluid path.
Other pressures can be accommodated at extra cost.
Temp: Standard seal temperature ranges from -76 F to +356 F (-60 C to 180 C)
